As pet owners ourselves, we fully understand how worrying it can be when your pet is ill or injured, and we’ve built our service to reflect this. We try our hardest to make sure you see the same vet every time you visit, and offer 15 minute consultations as standard, allowing us to discuss cases in detail and ensure you fully understand any treatments we’re recommending. We offer desensitisation tours for nervous patients, and our team is committed to helping them to relax. We are also happy to see those who don’t yet have pets, to offer our advice on how best you can prepare to give your new arrival their best life. Our practice is fully equipped to the highest standards, with in-house laboratory, x-ray, ultrasound, blood pressure monitoring, dentistry and surgical facilities. We’re also recognised as a gold standard cat friendly practice by the International Society for Feline Medicine. We have dedicated on-site parking, and offer an affordable house call service too.
